Definitions and Introduction

In this document, "ti baji", "platform", "we", and "our" refer to the ti baji website and all services included within it. "User", "you", and "member" refer to any person who has registered or wishes to register on this platform.

"Services" refers to all casino games, sports betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming activities available on ti baji. "Account" refers to each user's registered personal account, which is required to access all features of the platform.

Account Registration and Eligibility

ti baji may request a national identity card or other documents at any time for identity verification.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on ti baji must follow the designated policies. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer methods are available for deposits and withdrawals on the platform.

3.1 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for any payment method is ৳300. Deposits below this amount are not possible.

3.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount for any method is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

3.3 Transaction Terms

Only the registered user themselves may withdraw funds deposited into the account.
Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
In the case of any unusual transaction, ti baji reserves the right to investigate and temporarily suspend the transaction.
Deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts are not permitted.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

ti baji offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the following terms carefully before accepting any of these offers.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, your total balance will be ৳2,000, and you will need to wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before withdrawing.

4.2 General Bonus Usage Rules

A bonus is not cash — it only becomes withdrawable after the specified wagering conditions have been met.
Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless separately approved.
Wagering conditions must be met within the set time limit to earn the bonus.
ti baji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or change its conditions.
If bonus misuse is suspected, ti baji may review the relevant account.

VIP Program Terms

ti baji's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier.

Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). For example: if a Gold member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220.

Moving up to a higher tier depends on the user's consistent activity and gaming history. ti baji reserves the right to change VIP benefits and members will be informed in advance.

Prohibited Activities and Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ti baji platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means or exploiting system errors.
Operating an account using another person's identity or providing someone else's personal information.
Opening multiple accounts to repeatedly use the same offer.
Using software, bots, or other technical methods to gain an unfair advantage.
Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
Behaving disrespectfully or making threats toward ti baji staff.
Copying, distributing, or modifying any part of the platform without authorisation.

Gaming Rules

All games on ti baji are operated through fair and verifiable technology. Game results are entirely random and there are no predetermined patterns.

In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, ti baji's server logs will be considered the final evidence.
If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, the game will be restored if possible, or the bet will be refunded.
ti baji reserves the right to void the result of any game where suspicious activity is detected.
If an event in sports betting is cancelled or postponed, the bet is generally refunded, though specific rules for each sport apply.

Account Closure and Suspension

ti baji may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

Any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
Information provided is found to be false or misleading.
The account has been inactive for an extended period.
At the user's own request, particularly when opting for self-exclusion under responsible gaming.

Before closing an account, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance; however, this may not apply if the account is closed due to a rule violation. Limitation of Liability

ti baji is not liable in the following cases:

Any loss caused by internet disconnection or third-party technical issues.
Account information being disclosed to a third party due to the user's own negligence or error.
Service disruption due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as natural disasters or government orders.
ti baji accepts no liability for financial losses arising from gaming — gaming is a personal decision.

If a user suffers financial loss due to a technical error on the platform, the matter will be reviewed and action taken accordingly.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ti baji platform — logos, graphics, text, software, code, and design — is intellectual property owned by ti baji. Users may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

Copying or distributing any part of the platform without permission is prohibited.
Game software is the property of the respective developers and their licence terms apply.
ti baji's brand name, trademarks, or other identifying marks may not be used without permission.

Changes to Terms

If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, both parties may settle the matter through mediation. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to be in effect.
